Bruce, both times, was very responsive and professional. He has an excellent trust-worthy staff, who were frequently alone in our home, due to our schedule. "Our sump pump failed during a weekend when we were out of town and a friend discovered our basement was full of water. Bruce and his team were there within an hour of being called and set up fans and dehumidifiers to eradicate the water. They also pulled up carpeting at the bottom of the stairs and got that dried and installed new padding under the carpet. Two days later we arrived home and everything was dry. I would highly recommend Bruce and his team!"

"Our sump pump failed when we were out of town and when we returned home we found the basement full of water. It was a Sunday and Bruce was there within an hour after being called. Bruce and his crew did an excellent job and set out industrial fans and placed blocks under all of our storage cabinets, etc. By the next day the basement was dry and everything was in good shape. Highly recommend this company!"

"Our fully finished basement flooded and Freedom Restoration was absolutely tremendous in response, professionalism, and end product. They were onsite daily for almost a week, throughout the initial stages of the COVID-19 crisis, respecting distancing and protocol to the best of their abilities. Bruce and his crew were very personable and went out of their way to explain all the nuances of the job and restoration, including helping out with the insurance aspect. "Bruce and Patty run a family business and they deliver hard work at an honest price. I flew to WI to settle my deceased fathers affairs and his house had several major issues. The place was dirty but there were also sewage and mold issues. My dads house now looks amazing and Freedom Restoration played the lead role on this effort. "I am grateful that Bruce from Freedom Restoration and Remodeling graciously accepted my call for help when the condo I own in Neenah had an emergency water issue. A pipe buried in the wall had broken loose and had been leaking for some time. His promptness and efficiency prevented the condo from more extensive damage. Bruce did a fantastic job finding the water leak, removing the mold, correcting the damaged wall, and replacing the flooring. He worked and maintained contact with the condo association maintenance personnel and the plumber. Freedom Restoration did a fabulous job and I say Thank You for all you did.
